The TOPS Special – one of the most popular items on The Original Tops’ menu – is a ¼ lb. Old Fashioned Hamburger (with lettuce, fresh tomatoes, sweet red onion, dill pickle and homemade Thousand Island Dressing), topped with Tops’ Famous Pastrami, Mustard and American Cheese.

Have a personal story or special memories about your experiences at the Original Tops?  As part of the 60th anniversary celebration, the restaurant is also encouraging fans to post their personal Tops stories on their Facebookpage, for a chance to win $60 gift cards.  Look for more information on the Facebook page.

About The Original Tops
The Original Tops, celebrating 60 years in business, is a restaurant steeped in history and tradition and a local symbol of the “American dream.”  Founded by a hard working immigrant from Greece, Steven Bicos, who sought out to provide good “family food,” this former old school coffee shop turned bustling walk-up window was one of the first pioneers to create the fast casual concept of true American dining.  Today, the restaurant, now owned by Steven’s sons John and Chris, still prides itself in making everything “from scratch,” using the freshest ingredients and staying true to the philosophy of homemade food at reasonable prices.
