"Creative Expressions" exhibit opening at Arcadia Historical Museum

Arcadia Historical Society Presents:
2010 Annual Creative Expressions Contest and Exhibition

Reception to be held July 24 at noon at the Arcadia Historical Museum

The second annual contest and exhibition is conducted in collaboration with the Ruth and Charles Gilb Arcadia Historical Museum and the Arcadia Historical Society. The exhibit features Arcadia school children and displays their art, creative writing, poetry, photography and performance talents. The theme for this exhibition is History Lives Here. Join with the Arcadia Historical Society and the Arcadia’s children in the celebration of Arcadia’s history through a child’s eyes. Exhibit runs July 17 through August 14.

The Arcadia Historical Museum is located at 380 W. Huntington Drive, immediately behind the Community Center. The Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is always free.
