Never Shout Never's new video on MySpace today

The video for “CheaterCheaterBestFriendEater,” the new single from Never Shout Never, fronted by 19-year-old singer-songwriter Christofer Drew, will premiere on the band’s MySpace page, www.myspace.com/nevershoutnever on July 27th. The track is the first single from Never Shout Never’s new album, Harmony, produced by veteran producer Butch Vig (Green Day, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins) and due from Loveway/ Sire Records on August 24th, 2010.

Also today, Never Shout Never will release a deluxe digital single, entitled Melody, exclusively through iTunes. Melody includes the album version of “CheaterCheaterBestFriendEater” and iTunes exclusive track “Coffee & Cigarettes,” plus an audio interview with Vig about Harmony, ten exclusive photos by Drew, handwritten song lyrics to “Coffee & Cigarettes,” and an iTunes exclusive video Drew made for “Coffee & Cigarettes.”

Finally, a pre-order for a special iTunes LP version of Harmony begins today and will feature the iTunes exclusive bonus track “Mailbox,” videos for “CheaterCheaterBestFriendEater” and “Coffee & Cigarettes,” a “Join the Band” sing-along feature, and 240 photos. Those who pre-order will receive their iTunes LP version on Harmony’s street date.

Having finished up a sold-out headlining stint on the 2010 AP Tour, Never Shout Never is on the road performing on the mainstage at this year’s Vans Warped Tour. Harmony is the follow-up to Never Shout Never’s critically heralded debut What Is Love?, which bowed at No. 24 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart, No. 2 on both the Alternative and Rock charts, No. 6 on the Digital Album chart, and No. 11 on the Internet album chart upon its release in January. Rolling Stone has praised Drew’s “airy, heartbroken acoustic tunes” and called him “a hero for a new generation of emo kids.”
