The Midnight Mission will hold its annual Thanksgiving Celebration on Thanksgiving Day, November 22, between 11AM and 3:00PM, or until everyone is fed.
Sponsored by AEG/Staples Center, legendary entertainer Dick Van Dyke, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, District 9 Councilwoman Jan Perry, actress Sally Kellerman and other A-list celebrity guests will join over 250 community volunteers to help feed approximately 2000 homeless and near-homeless men, women and children of Skid Row a traditional holiday meal. There will also be a play area for the children and distribution of clothing and hygiene items. Live entertainment will be provided by local artists.
