Megadeth opens two more international forums for fans

In keeping with Megadeth’s ongoing support of its international fan base, Megadeth.com is proud to announce the opening of two more international forums at the Megadeth Forums. One for the Korean speaking fans, and the other, named Yugoslavian Forum, for those who speak Serbian, Macedonian, Slovenian, Bosnian, and Croatian.

The International community has grown to be a large part of the band’s official forums with fans world-wide participating in online discussions about the band, Megadeth tours, news and keeping up to date with each other in a central “International metal hub.”

When Megadeth was in Seoul, Korea for an October 28 sold-out concert, Dave Mustaine was presented with his third black belt, a fourth Dan or fourth degree, and appointed the “Goodwill Ambassador of the World for the WTA” in Korea by the Secretary General, Mr. Jin Suk Yang of the World Taekwondo Federation. The other band members were presented with honorary black belts and doboks.

Megadeth is currently on the “Tour Of Duty” world tour supporting their United Abominations record. The trek started out in Europe and the UK earlier in the year, covered much of the USA and the Pacific Rim. The band will make its final appearances of 2007 in Australia on the annual Gigantour festival. Check www.Megadeth.com and www.Gigantour.com for tour dates, tickets, and details.

In other news, Megadeth's ultimate boxed set, Warchest is in stores now. The 4 CD/DVD collection features more than six hours of digitally remastered content, hand-selected by Dave Mustaine, including 33 previously unreleased tracks. To support the release of Warchest, a new interactive fan experience has been developed. Dave has recorded videotaped answers to more than 100 questions, ranging from the basic: "How tall are you?" to the more in-depth: "What is the origin of Vic Rattlehead?". Check it out here: www.AskDaveMustaine.com and order Warchest online at www.Megadeth.com
