See The Electric Handshake

The Secret Handshake is going to be bringing his signature electro-pop jams to The Chain Reaction on December 27th with Hellogoodbye.
Luis Dubuc, the former metal drummer turned laptop mixmaster behind The Secret Handshake, will be touring in support of his latest releases, The Summer of '98 EP and his debut full length, One Full Year (Triple Crown).
"The neon synths of the vocal-effected "Summer of '98" instantly recall Hellogoodbye , while the digitized stomp of "Everyone Knows Everyone" could open a raging Cobra Starship gig" - SPIN
One Full Year was produced by team Ocelot and features tracks as diverse as Dubuc's own range of musical influences (everyone from Mouse on Mars to Death Cab for Cutie to Kanye West). The Summer of '98 EP also features remixes by Toxic Avenger, Spank Rock , and the Dillinger Escape Plan .
TSH has "assembled rolling beats, hip hop rhythms, sultry R&B glide, and thunderous rock into [a] singular dance sensation" (Chord), that is not to be missed.
"When it comes to The Secret Handshake, think T-Pain, minus the references to strippers, buying chicks dranks, and all that other stuff. It's more like T-Pain went emo with his lyrics and started busting out the dance-synth jams...This one man band's jams are so emo-pop-synth happy that it should be turning up on MTV, ready to dial up on TRL soon."- URB
"'Summer of 98' is just about as cool as the genre gets." -InsideSoCal.com
"Piano virtuoso The Secret Handshake has created a highly impressive mothership with One Full Year, a key-laden, funky, pop-rock-induced full-length."- Alternative Press
