Army of Me continues tour march

ARMY OF ME, sons of Washington, DC, are giving their hometown more reasons to be proud. After a successful tour on the west coast with As Tall As Lions, ARMY OF ME performed on The Late Late Show w/ Craig Ferguson last week, performing their hit song GOING THROUGH CHANGES. DC's own DC101 has been spinning the song, as have over 16 other modern rock stations across the country, included KROQ/Los Angeles, KITS/ San Francisco, XTRA/San Diego, WOCL/Orlando, KCNL/San Jose, WFXH/ Savannah. The band just confirmed a Fall 2007 tour with The Used, and will be touring with Dave Matthews Band throughout August. See below for full list of tour dates.

Another huge step for the band is that they have just been accepted into YAHOO Music's WHO'S NEXT program. This prestigious online competition has ARMY OF ME facing off against their nemesis in name Tiger Army, as well as Tokyo Police Club, and A Fine Frenzy. ARMY OF ME is hoping that their hometown fans, and new fans across the country, will vote enough to make them YAHOO Music's Best New Band, and continue to put Washington DC on the map for great music.
