Hot Topics Presents Sounds of the Underground, set to ignite U.S. cities coast-to-coast this summer with a touring festival bringing audiences the likes of legendary GWAR, along with Shadows Fall, Every Time I Die, Chimaira and Job For A Cowboy, is also delivering fans an alternative to mainstream pop music ringtones and mobile entertainment by announcing today that Cellfish.com's Mobile Threat Channel is the tour's official mobile partner.
